Overview

Char Dham Yatra Plans

The Char Dhams are the most important destinations for Hindu pilgrims, and they can all be found in Uttarakhand, tucked away amid the towering mountains of the Himalayas. Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath are the four destinations that make up this Hindu pilgrimage circuit known as the Char Dham. The Hindu faith holds all of these places in very high esteem when it comes to their sacredness. To achieve salvation, known in Hinduism as moksha, every Hindu should, at the very least once in their lifetime, make the pilgrimage to one of the religion’s holiest temples.
