Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your trip, please contact us by sending an email to info@bharattrek.com.
The entire amount of the trek price is what determines the cancellation fee; it does not matter how much of the money has already been paid, either in whole or in part.
The cancellation policy takes into account both the original time of booking as well as the first starting date of the walk.
- Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the scheduled departure of the trip, after which a 2.5% processing charge will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellation requests received within 15 days of the trek’s scheduled start date will result in a refund less a 20% processing charge.
- Cancellation requests received within 10 days of the journey’s scheduled start date will result in a refund less a penalty equal to 40 percent of the total trek charge.
- Cancellation up to five days before the scheduled commencement of the journey will result in a refund less sixty percent of the total cost of the expedition.
- If you cancel less than four days before the commencement of the journey, your payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation of the Trek because of the weather:
- In the event that a trip is cut short due to adverse weather conditions, participants have the option of signing up for the same trek again at any point throughout their lifetime on any of our planned departures for the same journey.
- This effort will only cover the cost of the walk itself, and it will not include any rentals or the price spent for transportation beforehand.
- This cannot be given to another person
